AGLCA is a non-profit organization that strives to enhance the quality of life for the local gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender (GLBT) community through social activities, political awareness, and community service.

Equality Virginia: Anti-Violence Program (AVP)

AVP was founded to address and end the violence against Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer residents of Virgina by educating and promoting awareness campaigns in the community. AVP works closely with LGBTQ organizations to increase effectiveness of community response to hate crime, sexual violence, intimate partner violence, stalking, bullying and harassment.  AVP also provides referral information to local resources for LGBTQ members.

K.I. Services

K.I Services provides a wide range of programs such as HIV testing and prevention, counseling, support, and group counseling, case management, referrals for housing, employment, and mental health services. K.I also provides services such as Latino support groups, women support groups, and counseling
