Provides culturally appropriate health services in the Latino community regardless of financial and immigration status.  Services include clinical services (from prenatal to geriatric care, including: yoga, massage and traditional herbal remedies, chiropractic, and nutrition counseling); community health outreach and health education (such as cooking classes, exercise, medication management); HIV/AIDS care (referral, counseling, testing); mental health and substance abuse treatment (counseling, intervention, support group, referrals; and social services (housing, food and clothing).

Provides support and assistance to individuals and families who are homeless and in need of assistance. Other programs include: adult basic education, citizenship test preparation, workplace literacy, civics education, financial literacy and health literacy.  Also provides counseling and mental health therapy for individuals dealing with abusive domestic violence relationships to mental illness.
