Provides culturally appropriate health services in the Latino community regardless of financial and immigration status. Services include clinical services (from prenatal to geriatric care, including: yoga, massage and traditional herbal remedies, chiropractic, and nutrition counseling); community health outreach and health education (such as cooking classes, exercise, medication management); HIV/AIDS care (referral, counseling, testing); mental health and substance abuse treatment (counseling, intervention, support group, referrals; and social services (housing, food and clothing).

Provides support and assistance to individuals and families who are homeless and in need of assistance. Other programs include: adult basic education, citizenship test preparation, workplace literacy, civics education, financial literacy and health literacy.
